One of the most popular health food items sold today is protein powder. And many people buying it don’t even realize that what they are ingesting is harming them. In this week’s Fit Tip, I explain two of the common, popular ingredients in protein powder—that actually might surprise and disgust you—and what you should look for in good protein.
